With 2021 being the year of the staycation, we’re really excited to see so many of our favourite farm parks and wildlife parks in the Midlands lay out an epic spring and summer of camping.
Whether you’re looking for a pop-up weekend of wild camping, or a campsite surrounded by animals, there are some great ideas for a weekend or holiday with the family on farm and wildlife parks.

If you know any more, then let me know!
West Lodge Farm Park
Anyone who follows us will know how much we love West Lodge Farm Park, and last summer we joined them on one of their fantastic camping weekends.

You can read our full review here, but we loved it so much that we booked for 2021 the minute it was announced (they do get booked up fast!).
The team have reduced numbers for the camping weekends, so have added even extra dates through the spring and summer to make sure as many families as possible can still enjoy their weekend.
What’s more, this year they’re offering two nights on the farm as well as one night. Your tickets include entrance to the farm park on Friday, Saturday and Sunday (or Saturday and Sunday for one night), Hog Roast meal on Saturday night, family scavenger hunt around the walks on Saturday evening, camp fire and toasting marshmallows, family quiz on Saturday night and breakfast on Saturday and Sunday morning (or Sunday for one night).

We had so much fun last year – it is relaxed, peaceful, stunning views, delicious food, and a beautiful happy weekend for all the family.

What a great list of camping experiences. Lily looks so happy grooming the goat. I think Rowan would love that too, but I have to admit, I’m a little scared of them (not sure why 😀 )
